Cycleops' Thru Axle Adapter kit for the Classic Series trainers consists of an axle, washers, end caps with bolts, and a shorter version of their bolt-action slider. The axle is threaded on both sides to fit Syntace- and Maxle/ABP-style thru-axle systems.

The Real Rides Strength Indoor Training DVD offers an 8 week training program specifically targeted to building a more powerful cycling core. In this program, Robbie Ventura, ex-US Postal Service pro and pro-coach, alternates core-specific on-the-bike power intervals with off-the-bike core fitness speed work. Each segment consists of warm-up movements designed to increase flexibility and strength, followed by a timed speed-work routine. It's the perfect tool to build a balanced and stronger cycling core.
CycleOps' Climbing Riser Block offers 3 levels of elevation to lift your front wheel and provide a workout simulating climbing hills. For steeper climbing workouts, 2 climbing blocks (sold separately) may be placed on top of each other for many different adjustment levels.
